The Loma Bonita master development is located in the western section of Tijuana, deep inside the city, along the second access towards the Playas community. This 400,000 m² development is divided into an 83,000 m² retail development, a public high school, and a 1,500 unit housing project complete with wide streets, some ocean view, and landscaped garden areas.

This community power center will be anchored by a hipermart, and will include entertainment, and several categories' retailers to service this densely populated trade area within Tijuana which includes the communities of El Rubi, La Obrera, Fundadores, Francisco Villa, and many more. The area lacks a conventional retail center, and is known for its dysfunctional retail corridor Fundadores.
